Cranberry Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. whole, fresh cranberries
    1 c. dates, chopped
    3 1/2 c. nuts
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix together in a large bowl the flour, salt and baking powder. Add cranberries, dates and chopped nuts.
    Toss until fruit and nuts are evenly coated with flour mixture.
    Beat in small bowl until light and fluffy the eggs, sugar and lemon extract.
    Pour over fruit and nut mixture.
    Mix thoroughly to coat fruit and nuts.
    Use small size nonstick muffin tins, dropping a heaping tablespoonful in each.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until done.
