Egg Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. flour
    water
Preparation
    Place eggs in saucepan and cover with water.
    Boil for 10 minutes, then peel and cut up.
    In another saucepan, place milk, oleo, salt and pepper.
    Make a thin paste of flour and water.
    Add to milk and oleo.
    Add chopped eggs and stir until thickened. Serve over potatoes.
    Delicious with fish.
