Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 to 24 large, fresh mushrooms (about 1 lb.)
    1 c. Italian salad dressing
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs, divided
    6 oz. crabmeat
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. onion, minced
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms with damp towels.
    Remove stems and reserve for other uses.
    Combine mushroom caps and Italian dressing; cover and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours.
    Drain well.
    Combine 1/2 cup bread crumbs and remaining ingredients.
    Stir well.
    Spoon crabmeat mixture into mushroom caps and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs.
    Place in a large baking dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Yields 2 dozen.
