Water Chestnut Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can whole water chestnuts, drained and minced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Chill for 4 hours. Serve with fresh vegetables.
    Makes 2 1/4 cups of dip.
