Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 c. shredded sharp, fat-free cheese
Preparation
    Simmer squash and tomatoes until tender.
    Add onion which has been sauteed in the butter.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into bake dish; top with cheese.
    Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
