Lowered Fat Fudge Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. margarine
6 oz. Egg Beaters
3/4 c. skim milk
Preparation

Heat chocolate with water over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup sugar; cook and stir 2 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm.
Add vanilla.
