Curried Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can peach halves
    1 can pineapple chunks
    1 can pear halves
    apricots (optional)
    maraschino cherries
    1/3 c. butter
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Drain and arrange fruit in 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Melt butter. Add sugar and curry. Mix thoroughly in small pan.
    Add this mixture to fruit.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    After it has cooked awhile, push the \"goodie\" (sugar mixture) down further in the fruit.
