Shish Kebab - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope Italian dressing mix
    sirloin or strip steaks, cut in large chunks
    large mushroom caps (3 per person)
    green pepper chunks (3 per person)
    cherry tomatoes (2 per person)
    small onions (1 per person)
Preparation
    Marinate steaks all day or overnight.
    In bowl, prepare mix according to package directions.
    Add beef; marinate in refrigerator.
    Add vegetables to beef, toss to mix and marinate about 10 minutes.
    Arrange meat and vegetables alternately on skewers, packing tightly.
    Broil or grill to desired doneness. Good with cooked rice and hot rolls.
