Dressing For Turkey Or Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. loaf bread, torn into pieces
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 small onion, diced
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    liquid to moisten (broth, chicken bouillon or hot water with small amount of margarine)
Preparation
    Put margarine, celery and onion in a small skillet; cook until golden.
    Mix this with bread, eggs and seasonings.
    Add liquid and mix until all the bread is quite moist, but not runny.
    Taste and re-season, if necessary.
    Use to stuff bird or bake in a dish in the oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
