Broccoli Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    1 medium-sized onion, chopped
    1/2 to 3/4 c. bacon bits
    1 pkg. grated cheese
    1 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    5 c. broccoli flowerets
    1/2 c. pecans, toasted
    1/2 c. white raisins
    1/2 c. chopped red onion
    12 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar and lemon juice.
    Mix well.
    Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
    Place broccoli flowerets in a large bowl.
    Add raisins, pecans, onion and bacon.\tStir to mix.
    Add mayonnaise mixture; toss lightly to coat.
    Serve immediately or cover and chill until serving time. Makes 6 side dish servings.
