Stir-Fry Carrots, Cabbage And Onion - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 cabbage, thinly sliced
    1 onion, cut in wedges
    1 c. carrots, diagonally sliced
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add carrots, cabbage, onion, salt, sugar and ginger.
    Stir quickly until ingredients are combined.
    Add water; cover and simmer 6 minutes.
