Quick And Easy Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cans (2.8 oz. each) French fried onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In heavy skillet, cook beef with salt until browned, stirring to break into small pieces.
With slotted spoon, transfer beef to large bowl.
Add potatoes, soup, sour cream, cheese and chopped onion; mix well.
