Crusty Top Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. Hellmann's light mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 large cauliflower
Preparation
    Place clean cauliflower in salted water to cover.
    Bring to boil and cook 15 to 20 minutes (until tender).
    Drain.
    Place the whole cauliflower in a shallow baking dish.
    Mix mayonnaise and mustard and spread it over the cauliflower.
    Sprinkle until covered with shredded Cheddar cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until melted and slightly brown and bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
