Ingredients

                            2 Tbsp. butter
 
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mild vinegar
2 c. cubed canned or cooked beets
Preparation
- 
                            Melt butter. Add cornstarch, sugar and salt; blend. Add vinegar. Cook until thick. Add beets. Heat thoroughly. Serves 4 to 6.
