Mushroom Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    dash of ground pepper
Preparation
    Rinse and pat dry, then slice mushrooms.
    In a one quart casserole, combine all ingredients.
    Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, stirring once.
