Mock Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Frozen Haddock, Cod or Perch
    2 Cups Water
    1 Tbsp. Vinegar
    1/4 tsp. Sugar
    1-1/2 Tbsp. Seafood Seasoning
    1/2 tsp. Salt
Preparation
    Bring water, vinegar and dry ingredients to a boil.
    Add frozen fish and bring to a boil.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    To serve, dip in melted butter or oleo as real lobster.
