Tasty Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cubed beef stew meat
    1 1/2 c. beef broth
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 tsp.salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 c. instant rice
    1/2 c. crumbled American cheese
Preparation
    Cook stew meat until tender.
    Drain off 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth and add the Worcestershire sauce, onion, salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
    Add the meat and rice and turn into a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
