Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. apples, sliced

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add eggs; beat and add dry ingredients.
Fold in apples and nuts.
A moist cake.
