Curried Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/2 c. flour
4 c. milk
8 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 large can sliced mushrooms, sliced (save liquid)
Preparation

Prepare white sauce: melt butter, add flour and make a roux. Add milk, whisking as it thickens.
Add curry powder, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
Blend in eggs and mushrooms and gently heat through. Serve on toasted English muffins or toast points.
Serves 8.
