Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    1/2 small green pepper
    2 cans creamed corn
    4 c. water
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 to 4 small potatoes
    2 to 3 small carrots
    1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
Preparation
    In large pan, brown onion, green pepper and bacon.
    Add creamed corn, water, potatoes and carrots.
    Simmer 3 to 4 hours.
    When ready to serve, add milk, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
