Corn Machu With Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whole grain corn, drained
    1/2 c. peanut oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic
    1 c. parsley, chopped
    2 lb. lean pork
    1/2 c. wine
    salt to taste
    4 dashes Louisiana hot sauce
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Stir in corn, a little wine, salt, 1 teaspoon hot sauce, soy sauce and lean meat.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Lower flame and cook 1 hour.
