Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. enchilada mix
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 cans enchilada sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic flakes
Cheddar cheese, sliced
mild Longhorn
1 pkg. corn tortillas
Preparation

Combine in skillet, onion, bell pepper, garlic, ground beef, salt and pepper to taste.
Cook until ground beef is done and then drain.
Heat enchilada sauce in pan.
Dip each tortilla in enchilada sauce.
Put a layer of dipped tortillas, ground beef mix, cheese and small amount of enchilada sauce, another layer of dipped tortillas, ground beef mix, cheese and small amount of sauce.
Finally 3rd layer of dipped tortillas and remainder of sauce.
Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts.
