Sour Cream And Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer.
    Bake in two greased and floured 9-inch cake pans as directed on cake mix box.
    Cool as directed.
    When cool, split layers and ice.
    Do not ice sides.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
