Sirloin And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin steak, cut into 4-inch strips
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2/3 c. undrained mushroom pieces
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/4 c. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown sirloin in oil. Add onion and cook until tender, then add soy sauce, mushrooms, beef bouillon and 2 cups of the water. Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Combine cornstarch and the remaining 1/2 cup water.
    Add to mixture. Serve over hot egg noodles.
