Microwave Meat Loaf Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 slices white bread, crumbled
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except tomato sauce.
    Add 1/4 cup tomato sauce to meat mixture.
    Mix thoroughly. Spoon into 4 or 5-cup ring mold.
    Use Cook cycle and cook 20 to 22 minutes.
    It is done when meat pulls away from sides of dish.
    Let stand 5 minutes, drain.
    Invert onto warm serving platter.
