Stuffed Pork Tenderloin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pork tenderloin, split lengthwise and flattened
lemon juice
4 slices bread
2 tart apples, pared and quartered
1/2 c salted peanuts
1 1/2 Tbsp dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/8 tsp salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Rub meat with lemon juice. Tear bread slices into crumbs.
Add apples.
Combine corn syrup and peanuts with bread crumbs and apples. Stuff pork and tie securely.
Place on rack in shallow baking pan and roast 50 minutes or until done.
