Salmon Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 can red salmon
Preparation
    Make sauce of butter, flour and salt, adding milk gradually along with water.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour over stiffly beaten egg yolks.
    Add salmon.
    Beat egg whites stiff and fold into sauce. Pour into buttered dish, set into pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 6.
