Buttercream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar (4 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat together sugar, butter, vanilla and milk until smooth.
    If necessary, add more milk (a teaspoon at a time), until frosting is spreading consistency. Stir to blend.
    Makes enough to frost 2 layer cake or 13 x 9-inch cake or 2 dozen cupcakes.
    Makes great filling for graham cracker sandwich cookies.
    Can add sprinkles or mini chocolate chips.
