Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cabbage
    1 1/2 lb. hot pepper
    6 large onions
    3 bell pepper
    1 clove garlic
    4 tsp. ground mustard
    3 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 qt. vinegar
    1 1/2 lb. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pickling spice
Preparation
    Grind cabbage and onions.
    Cover well with hot water.
    Let stand 30 minutes and drain.
    Grind pepper and mix with cabbage and onions.
    Add the seasonings, vinegar and sugar.
    Put pickling spice in cloth bag and boil with mixture.
    Cool until tender (10 to 15 minutes).
    Put in jars and seal.
