Stuffed Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 top round steaks 1 lb. each
1 egg
1 Tbsp. water
5 slices bread, cubed
1 cup shredded cheese, sharp or mozzarella
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 tsp. parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 cans tomato juice or sauce
few shakes hot pepper sauce, (optional)
Preparation

Make shallow cut on one side of meat.
Combine egg water stir in bread, cheese, onions, parsley, salt and pepper.
