Ingredients

1 (17 oz.) can blackberries
water
2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade
Preparation

Drain blackberries, reserving syrup.
Add water to reserved syrup to make 2 cups.
Bring to a boil.
In meantime, soften gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water.
Add to hot syrup and water mixture, stirring until gelatin has dissolved.
Add ice cream and lemonade, blending well.
Fold in blackberries; turn into 6-cup ring mold.
Chill until set.
Unmold on plate and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Serves 8 to 10.
