Light Chicken Divan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 boned, skinned chicken breasts, slivered
    2 tsp. oil
    1 c. water
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. broccoli florets
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry wine
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Brown the chicken in oil until done, about 5 minutes.
    Add the broccoli, water, wine and soup.
    Bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Top with Parmesan cheese.
