Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans Veg-All, drained
1 stick margarine, melted
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, shredded
crushed cheese crackers
Preparation

In a saucepan, melt margarine.
Add flour and stir over medium heat. Add milk and cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
In a casserole dish, place 1 can Veg-All, 1/2 cheese sauce and repeat layers.
Sprinkle top with crushed crackers.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
