Frost On The Pumpkin Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 c. canned pumpkin
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In small mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, soda and nutmeg.
Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, beat butter for 1 minute.
Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until fluffy.
Add egg, pumpkin and vanilla; beat well.
Add dry ingredients to pumpkin mixture; mix until well blended.
Stir in raisins and walnuts.
Drop by teaspoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes.
Transfer to wire rack to finish cooling.
Frost with cream cheese frosting.
