Crusty Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 well beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    finely crushed cracker crumbs
    10 to 14 fish fillets (perch)
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and paprika the fish well.
    Dip fish in the egg, lemon juice and water mixture.
    Dip in finely crushed crumbs. Fry in oil until crisp and brown.
    Drain on paper towels.
