Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked and diced chicken breast
2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. toasted almonds
2 tsp. grated onion
3 chopped, boiled eggs
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. mayonnaise (Hellmann's)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 small can mushrooms
1 c. crushed potato chips (dip style)
Preparation

Mix all items except cheese and chips.
Pour into casserole. Top with cheese and chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
