Ingredients

1 c. quick oats
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. nonsweetened applesauce
4 egg whites
1/4 c. flour
1 c. skim milk
Preparation

Combine oats, flour and baking powder.
In another bowl, combine milk, applesauce and egg whites.
Add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Good with applesauce and cinnamon.
Diabetic Exchange: 1 starch/bread (2 pancakes).
