Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    cheese crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli for 5 minutes; drain and set aside.
    Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and onion.
    Add cheese and broccoli; mix well. Put into 2-quart casserole and top with cheese cracker crumbs. Cook, covered, for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0, uncover for about 5 minutes more.
