Quick Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    salt to taste
    1/4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. hot milk
    2 tsp. dry sherry
Preparation
    Over medium heat, melt cheese in a little hot milk on the stove.
    Add rest of ingredients, then simmer until thickens.
    Good over eggs and muffins for breakfast; good with broccoli, too.
