Sock It To Me Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. Crisco oil
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
4 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. In large bowl, blend cake mix, sour cream, oil, sugar, water and eggs. Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 of the batter in a greased and floured tube pan. Sprinkle filling over batter. Spread remaining batter evenly over filling mixture. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly. Cool in pan for 25 minutes; then remove.
