Cocoa Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
butter or margarine
sugar
Preparation

For the roll crust, put flour and salt in a mixing bowl.
Cut Crisco into the flour.
Add the water, mix well.
Put the dough on a well floured surface.
Knead until thick enough to roll out. Roll dough to about 1/4-inch thick.
Spread with butter until covered, sprinkle with cocoa.
Roll up into a single roll.
Bake in a greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until brown.
