Peach Or Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. your favorite cake mix
    1/2 c. butter or oleo (1 stick)
    1 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 can peaches or pineapple (chunks or sliced)
    maraschino cherry halves
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Melt butter or oleo in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle brown sugar evenly in pan.
    Drain peaches or pineapple and arrange with cherries in sugar mixture.
    Mix cake as directed; spread over fruit.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (45 to 50 minutes).
    Let stand 5 minutes; turn upside-down onto large platter.
    Serve warm with whipped cream.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
