Mom'S Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 small jar apricot preserves
    1 small bottle Russian salad dressing
Preparation
    Put chicken in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Make a sauce out of remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 350\u00b0 uncovered.
    If it gets too brown, cover with foil.
    Taste for doneness.
