Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 7 potatoes, cubed
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 stick butter
    3 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cover potatoes and onions with water.
    Cook until soft. Dissolve flour in milk, then add that and all other ingredients to potatoes.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Cook 10 more minutes.
