Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. shortening
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Follow directions on yeast package for dissolving yeast in water.
    Mix all ingredients together and roll out like biscuits. Cut with large biscuit cutter.
    Fold over when putting in pan.
    Let rise only once.
    After they have risen, bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0 until brown.
    Makes 12 large rolls.
