Rotel Chicken #1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    1 can cut up Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. vermicelli
    2 green peppers
    1/2 stick oleo
    2 onions
    1 can tiny English peas
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can mushrooms (sliced)
Preparation
    Season chicken in 2-quarts water.
    Cook until tender.
    Debone chicken. Cook vermicelli in broth. Saute peppers and onions in oleo.
    Mix all ingredients. Top casserole with can of Durkee onion rings. Bake at 325\u00b0 until bubbly.
