Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large diced potatoes
3 boiled eggs, diced
3/4 c. pickles (prefer homemade)
1 onion
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 c. Dukes mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook potatoes. When cool, add chopped eggs, pickles, onion, mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Mix well.
