Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, crusts removed
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 lb. crab meat or imitation crab meat
    1/4 c. milk (about)
Preparation
    Break bread into small pieces and moisten with milk. Add remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Shape into patties about 2-inches in diameter and either fry in hot oil or broil on lightly oiled broiler pan at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes. Turn cakes halfway through cooking time.
