Old-Fashioned Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. stewing beef
    1/4 c. flour with 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. oil
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    4 to 6 each: cut up carrots and potatoes and whole onions
Preparation
    Coat meat with flour with salt in it.
    Brown meat and chopped onion in oil in a large skillet.
    Add bouillon, water and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cover; simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Add vegetables; simmer 30 more minutes or until tender.
