Cheese Cake Ala Ryan - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 lb. cream cheese
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 oz. chocolate (liquid, unsweetened)

Preparation

Mix cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Add eggs one at a time. Separate 1/3 batter and add chocolate to it.
Spoon batters into buttered pans placed in water.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0. Makes 1 1/2 cakes (put in pie pans).
